Tarnes Electric Ltd began in September of 1972 by Dennis Tarnes, growing from a one-man operation to offer a number of electric services in Kindersley and surrounding areas.

Our technicians provide electrical services as well as parts from our large inventory. We have the knowledge and experience to discover those hard-to-find or older parts for your system.
Electrical Inventory
We outgrew our office facility for our large inventory and equipment years ago. Since then, we built a storage yard in the industrial area to house our stock and better serve our customers.
Oilfield Explosion Proof & Rig Supplies
Our skilled technicians provide electrical work for drilling and service rigs, oil and gas wells, facilities, plants, and service companies. We take every step necessary to minimize the risk of explosions, igniting gas, dust, and fibres in the air. Electrical parts and cords for rigs are also available.
Lighting
We carry lamps, ballasts, parts, and fixtures. We can provide lighting design, light tower parts, and energy-saving products are also available, as well as rebate programs on renovations and LEDs.
Electric Motors
We offer a diverse selection of electric motor brands to replace your old one. We stock basic common motors, farm duty motors, three phase motors, and small explosion proof motors. Our staff has experience with fractional to 5,000 horse power.

Full service maintenance and construction is available for camps, plants, facilities, and many others.
